Born with the first Milan Trade Fair in 1920, the archive preserves more than a linear kilometre of posters, photographs, catalogues, newspapers and films, including 91 original posters spanning 1923 to 1990. A collection recognised as being of notable historical interest by the heritage authority in 2005 and now largely digitised, with over 30,000 catalogue records linked to around 50,000 objects viewable online. It tells a century of trade fairs and exhibitions through the eyes of those who organised them.
