In Ivrea, Dulciar has been making artisan chocolate since 1977 and opens its workshop with a tour that, hairnet and apron included, takes visitors along the production lines. The visit ends with a tasting of the products, while those who want to try their hand can join a hands-on workshop led by master chocolatiers, making a creation to take home. A different experience every visit, since the work in progress changes from day to day.
