Since 1992 La Perla di Torino has reinterpreted an old Piedmontese recipe at the root of the Tartufo, the chocolate that has become the company's signature, today led by Sergio and Valentina Arzilli. Workshop visits, led by master chocolatiers, let visitors see up close the stages of making chocolate and gianduiotto with Piedmontese hazelnuts, right through to workshops where visitors make their own bar.
