Winery Grifalco

A Maschito wine estate founded in 2003 by Fiorentino and Cecilia Sepe, already owners of the Tuscan estate San Felice, who chose the Vulture to invest in biodynamic winegrowing. The vineyards grow on volcanic soils at several hundred metres above sea level, dedicated almost entirely to Aglianico. Its labels include the "Gricos" and "Daginestra" crus, expressions of individual estate vineyards. The winery is one of the most closely followed among the new producers who have helped relaunch the image of Aglianico del Vulture.
