In Ponte, in the Sannio area of Benevento, the Ocone family has carried on a winemaking tradition for generations, with roots in the early decades of the twentieth century. The estate is a benchmark for Aglianico del Taburno DOCG and Falanghina del Sannio DOC, made from vineyards spread across the hills around the Taburno massif. Alongside its structured red wines, Ocone also grows varieties such as Coda di Volpe and Piedirosso, showcasing the Sannio area's broad ampelographic biodiversity. The cellar visit traces a family history spanning more than a century, amid historic barrels and new production lines.
