Company Museum Spazio Strega (Liquore Strega)

In the historic Alberti plant in Benevento, Spazio Strega tells the story of the herb-based liqueur, made with mint, fennel and saffron among other ingredients, produced without interruption since 1860. The museum route includes the cellar where the liqueur ages for at least six months in oak vats, the room dedicated to the Premio Strega literary prize, and the curious Sala delle Imitazioni, with more than 400 counterfeit bottles found around the world. Free guided tours can be booked Monday to Friday and the first Sunday of the month.
