Winery Tasca d'Almerita (Regaleali)

A historic noble Sicilian estate founded in 1830 by Count Giuseppe Tasca, centred on the Regaleali estate, between the municipalities of Vallelunga Pratameno, Valledolmo and Sclafani Bagni. The property, now in the family's seventh generation, grows native grapes such as Nero d'Avola and Inzolia alongside international varieties, with a declared focus on sustainable farming. Alongside Regaleali, the family owns other estates in Sicily, including one on the island of Mozia and one on the island of Salina, forming a mosaic of different terroirs. The visit to Regaleali crosses vineyards and historic cellars, with a tasting of its most representative labels such as Rosso del Conte.
