Tiberio

In Cugnoli, on the hills near Pescara, the Tiberio family has grown vines since the 1970s, but it is with agronomist Cristiana Tiberio, joined by her brother Antonio, that the estate has become one of the leading names in Abruzzo's quality revival. The winery stands out in particular for its Pecorino and Trebbiano d'Abruzzo, also vinified as single-vineyard crus, alongside its Cerasuolo and Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. The visit offers a close look at a precision agronomic approach, attentive to the selection of individual plots and their expression in the glass. Tiberio is today considered among the family estates most admired by international critics for the quality of its Abruzzo whites.
