Acetaia Malpighi

Since 1850 the Malpighi family has kept more than 3,500 barrels of PDO Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena in its vinegar loft on Via Vignolese, now flanked by the Taste&Tour museum with documents, antique tools and centuries-old barrels. Guided tours, free by appointment, last from half an hour to ninety minutes and end with a vertical tasting, from the youngest vinegar to the oldest.
