Azienda Agricola Bertinelli

Since 1895 the Bertinelli family has produced Parmigiano Reggiano in Medesano, in the heart of the Parma area, and was among the first dairies to open its doors to guided tours. The roughly 30-40-minute visit follows every stage of production through to the maturing warehouse, where wheels rest neatly on long wooden shelves. The visit ends with a vertical tasting of three different ages, paired with Parmigiano cream and a glass of Lambrusco or Malvasia.
