In the Bassa Parmense area, in Roccabianca, Azienda Agricola Guareschi produces Parmigiano Reggiano using only milk from its own cows, following every stage of the process within the family dairy. The guided visit takes guests through the production and maturing rooms to see up close the movements and timing that turn milk into a wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano. At the end of the tour visitors can taste and buy the farm's products directly.
