In Piozzo, among the hills of the Langhe, the brewery founded in 1996 by Teo Musso — the founding figure of the Italian craft beer movement — is visited from a raised walkway that follows each stage of production step by step. The route winds through the Piedmontese farmhouse that houses the farm brewery, now flanked by a modern production plant, out to the Baladin Open Garden surrounding the whole site. The visit ends with a tasting of the beers that helped write the story of craft beer in Italy.
