Factory Kauss
Piasco, Piedmont
Founded in 2012 in the Val Varaita, at the foot of Monviso, Kauss is a farm brewery that has grown its own barley and hops in its fields since 2017, and leads the Birra Origine Piemonte consortium. The guided visit crosses the production plant and ends with a tasting of the beers born from this short supply chain, amid the valley's biodiversity-rich land.
