Founded in 1977 by Aldo Bottega, a master distiller with more than thirty years of experience, the company is based at Villa Rosina, a restored nineteenth-century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant'Urbano housing the winery and distillery. It was here, in the early 2000s, that Bottega Gold was born, the gold-bottled Prosecco DOC that became an icon of Italian taste worldwide. The visit winds through the vineyards, the Museo Art-in-Grappa, the Museo della Storia della Grappa, the distilling facilities and the sparkling-wine cellar, ending with a tasting of the wines.
