Opened in 1897 by the Luciani brothers, the Pedavena plant is among the oldest breweries in Europe and now offers a guided visit through the production departments, from the historic brewhouse to the horizontal fermentation cellars, with a stop at the in-house museum. The roughly hour-long tour ends at the Bottega Dolomitica with a tasting of two beers from the Dolomiti range. A stop that tells more than a century of Italian brewing history, blending production tradition with small-town life.
