Cantine Salvatore

In Castelbottaccio, in the heart of inland Molise, Cantine Salvatore is a small artisan estate entirely dedicated to showcasing Tintilia del Molise DOC, the native red grape that symbolises the region. The vineyards, grown on the hills overlooking the Biferno valley, benefit from the temperature swings typical of Molise's interior, an element that adds structure and longevity to the wines. Its small, carefully tended production reflects a choice to focus on quality rather than volume, in a region where winegrowing remains largely family-run.
