In San Felice del Molise, a village of Arbëreshë origin, Claudio Cipressi founded one of the region's first organic estates, a pioneer in rediscovering Tintilia del Molise, a native grape long neglected and now recognised as one of Molise's winemaking treasures. The vineyards, certified organic, lie among the hills of lower Molise, not far from the border with Abruzzo. Its small-scale production focuses on showcasing native grape varieties and a winemaking approach respectful of the local area. The cellar visit is a chance to learn up close about the revival of Tintilia, driven by one of the most authoritative voices in Molise winemaking.
