A Sicilian wine estate founded in 1979 by Salvatore Di Gaetano, which has grown into an internationally minded operation thanks to estates spread between the Trapani area, Etna and other well-suited areas of the island. It grows native grapes such as Nero d'Avola, Grillo and Catarratto alongside international varieties, with a declared focus on sustainability and vineyard biodiversity. In Paceco, among the Trapani salt pans, stands Baglio Sorìa, the wine-tourism resort combining hospitality, dining and winery in a restored Sicilian baglio. The visit includes a walk through the vines and the winemaking cellar, with tastings of the estate's labels.
