Factory Forst
Lagundo, Trentino-South Tyrol
Founded in 1857 in Lagundo, Forst is the only industrial brewery in Italy still family-run, today led by the Fuchs family. Guided tours, running from June to October, follow the whole production process, from malting the grain to fermentation and bottling. The visit ends at the Bräustüberl and the Braugarten beer garden, where visitors can enjoy a freshly poured beer surrounded by South Tyrolean greenery.
