Melchiori / Lucia Maria

In the Val di Non, the Lucia Maria Melchiori company opens its plant to tell, through the family's story, how apples are turned into juice, vinegar, apple balsamic vinegar and cider. The guided visit follows the whole production process, from pressing to bottling, with a stop at the brewery to see mountain beer production too. The roughly 90-minute tour ends with a tasting of the products.
