PUNI Distillery

Founded in 2010 by the Ebensperger family in Glorenza, in the Val Venosta, PUNI was South Tyrol's first whisky distillery. It is housed in the Puni Kubus, a 13-by-13-metre cube-shaped building designed by architect Werner Tscholl, whose perforated brick facade echoes the valley's traditional hay barns. The entire production plant is on the basement floor, while the ground-floor visitor centre and shop welcome guests with free entry and a self-guided tour via a web app.
