Workshop Accademia del caffè espresso La Marzocco

In the old Florentine factory building, the Espresso Coffee Academy traces more than ninety years of La Marzocco's history through historic machines, a faithfully reconstructed 1950s bar and an indoor coffee plantation telling the botanical origins of the plant. The guided visit also passes through the exhibition on Italian emigration to Brazil and lets visitors watch the artisans of Officine Fratelli Bambi hand-assembling espresso machines. On request the visit is rounded off with a coffee tasting, in a place that is at once museum, archive and research centre.
