Pastificio Felicetti

Predazzo, Trentino-South Tyrol

The pasta factory was founded in 1908 in Predazzo, in the Val di Fiemme, when building contractor Valentino Felicetti took over the Prima Fabbrica Fiemmese di Paste Alimentari from his former partner Luigi Giacomelli: since then the company has reached its fourth family generation, based at the foot of the Dolomites, where the Travignolo and Avisio streams meet. Felicetti has specialised in organic pasta from Italian wheat, made with spring water and dried in pure mountain air, a method behind the famous Monograno line. A new plant opened in Molina di Fiemme in 2022, while the factory visit lets visitors discover up close the processes linking Trentino tradition to pasta making.
