Factory Sant'Orsola

Sant'Orsola was founded in 1972, became a cooperative in 1975, and turned into a producers' organisation in 1996: today it is an Italian benchmark for berries such as strawberries, raspberries and cherries. In 2019, marking 40 years of activity, the company opened the Villaggio dei Piccoli Frutti (Berry Village) in Ciré di Pergine Valsugana, a modern plant born from a project begun back in 2014. Guided tours, running from June to October, last around an hour and show the whole journey of the berries delivered by growers, from intake to quality control and packaging.
