Winery Cantine Due Palme

Founded in 1989 in Cellino San Marco, in the heart of the Salento, Cantine Due Palme is one of Puglia's most important wine cooperatives, with hundreds of grower families spread across the area. The estate is renowned for Negroamaro and Salice Salentino DOC, alongside Primitivo and other native Apulian varieties such as Malvasia Nera. The Selvarossa brand, the winery's historic label, is among the best recognised names in Salento winemaking. The visit takes in the winemaking and ageing rooms, with a tasting of the wines that represent the Salento's production identity.
