Ferrari Trento

Founded in 1902 by a young Giulio Ferrari, just twenty-three years old, this Trentino sparkling-wine house helped write the story of Trentodoc, the first Italian denomination reserved for the classic method, recognised in 1993. The visit crosses the quiet atmosphere of the historic cellars, where bottles rest, made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the mountain vineyards of Maso Pianizza, at 550 metres above sea level. The tour also includes Villa Margon, a historic Renaissance residence surrounded by vineyards that is today the company's symbolic face. More than a century of history is held in more than six million bottles produced every year, ambassadors of Trentino sparkling wine around the world.
