Founded in 1989 in Aymavilles by Costantino Charrère, the winery has roots in a family of Aosta Valley farmers active since the mid-eighteenth century, when an ancestor moved from Haute-Savoie. Across around 25 hectares of vineyard it grows both native varieties such as Petite Arvine, Petit Rouge, Fumin, Mayolet and Cornalin, and international ones such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Syrah. Now run by the fifth generation of the Charrère family, it is a reference point for mountain winemaking in the Aosta Valley. Visits and tastings take place at the winery near the Aosta Ovest motorway exit, by appointment.
