The Musei del Cibo (Food Museums) are a network of nine sites spread across the province of Parma, from the Po to the Apennines, each dedicated to a local speciality: Parmigiano Reggiano in Soragna, pasta and tomato in Collecchio, wine in Sala Baganza, salami in Felino, prosciutto in Langhirano, culatello in Polesine, and porcini mushrooms between Borgo Val di Taro and Albareto. Through historic tools, displays and tastings, each museum tells the supply chain, the production techniques and the food culture that made the Parma area's Food Valley famous.
