A Manduria winery run by Gregory Perrucci, one of the leading promoters of the Accademia dei Racemi, a project set up to revive native Apulian grape varieties and historic bush-trained vines. The estate works Primitivo vineyards, some more than a century old, grown using the traditional bush-training system typical of the Manduria area. Among its best-known labels is Primitivo di Manduria "Sinfarosa", made from a historic vineyard in the area.
